Committed to Education

Sweet Peas Village is committed to remaining knowledgeable in all areas of child development. Our teachers continue to pursue their professional education through opportunities such as conferences, workshops, seminars, college coursework, and lectures. Connections with professional affiliations are another important component of our dedication to Early Childhood Education.

Sweet Peas Village Founder, Heather Mayo, is currently on the Board of Directors for the Association for Early Leaning Leaders, a non-profit organization who’s goal is to strengthen the knowledge, skills and abilities of leaders & other early learning professionals to ensure quality programs for young children.
